This paper must be 800 words in length.
Some tips for your paper:
1.) Make sure to explain the case and both sides that are involved including: What constitutional issue is in question? What are the arguments on each side? Who is involved and why?
2.) Explain the courts decision in detail. What did the Supreme Court decide? What was the basis for their decision?
3.) Then it is time to explain what YOU think. Do you agree with the decision in this case? Why or why not?
4.) Wrap up your paper describing the importance of this case to the nation. How does this case affect American citizens in their daily lives?
5.) Include your bibliography citations (2) in MLA format at the end of your essay
