You have reviewed random distributions and hypothesis testing with single means and independent samples. You will now build on these concepts to examine ANOVA, chi-square tests, and linear regression.

Analysis of variance (ANOVA) is an extension of the t tests you worked with previously. You will use ANOVA to test the differences in the mean of a continuous variable across groups. You will also use post hoc analysis to see how further pairwise testing occurs when the null hypothesis is rejected. In addition, you will use SPSS to calculate F
